| Abstract: | Implementation the quotation of bill of quantities is required for reforming the investment system in China, but it cannot be all-around carried out or implemented only by means of a simple document or a notification. Its implementation depends on the internal and external environments. This paper discusses relevant measures for implementing the pricing of bill of quantities. |
