| 摘 要： | 文章从军事视角分析了郑和下西洋的历史作用,指出郑和下西洋虽将海权从西太平洋拓展到印度洋的广阔海域,但其远航仍然是和平之旅。然而,由于经济、文化、地缘、制度、模式等诸重因素的制约,中国明朝初年的远洋海权昙花一现,海上力量盛极而衰,迅速而不可避免地走向没落。
