摘    要:摩托车许多关键部件需气体渗碳淬火,同时还要进行机械加工,在生产过程中一旦有氢陷阱就会在使用过程中导致延迟断裂。延迟断裂是环境氢从工件表面沿晶界进驻晶界并向内扩散,氢原子在此聚集,并在应力作用下最终导致沿晶界开裂。为此,在设计摩托车重要部件时,要避免使用氢含量高的材料,在加工过程中要严格控制工艺参数,防止氢迁移和扩散。

Abstract:Many key parts for motorcycles need gas cementation hardening, also the machining. In the process of production in case there are hydrogen traps, they will lead to the delayed fracture in the application. The delayed fracture is that the environmental hydrogen enters into the crystal boundary along the crystal boundary of the part surface and expands internally. Hydrogen atoms gather here and finally they will lead to the cracking along the crystal boundary. Therefore when designing the important parts for motorcycles you should avoid using those materials in which more hydrogen are contained and technological parameters should be strictly controlled to prevent the hydrogen from moving and expending.
