摘    要:经实践证明,37Mn5精轧管在各类摩托车减震器应用中,其加工性和使用性均良好,可满足国内外摩托车整车企业的要求;对于有更高要求的大排量摩托车减震器,可通过热处理(对钢管进行调质处理)来提高其力学性能。

Abstract:The practice shows that the 37Mn5 finishing tube's machinability and service ability are very good in the use in all kinds of motorcycle shock-absorber, which meets the demands of the producers home and abroad, For the shock-absorbers which are applied on motorcycles with; arger displacement, their mechanical performance can be improved by heat-treatment (quenching and tempering).
