摘    要:分析了斯太尔汽车发动机曲轴的结构特点和锻造难点,通过改进锻模终锻型腔和预锻型腔的分模方式,使得斯太尔曲轴只需一火次一道工序,用16 t模锻锤即可完成模锻成型。

Abstract:The structure features of the crankshaft for Styre diesel engine and the difficulties with its forging process are analyxed and described.With the modifications of forging dies,finish-forging cavith and the mould-parting method for pre-formong cavity,the crankshaft can be formed within one-heating-one-pass operation with a 16t die hammer.
