| 摘 要： | 针对KF60H侧门全开角度较晚,倾卸性能不佳,甚至出现整车倾翻事故的现象,设计出一种新型倾翻机构。通过对新机构基本原理阐述、动作可行性分析以及倾翻系数的计算,得出该机构是较为优良且可行的机构型式。

| Abstract: | Due to the delayed full opening of the side-gate,poor unloading properties and sometimes the overturn accidents of KF60H cars,a new tipping plant is designed.The paper presents the basic principles of the new design,analyzes its feasibilities and calculates the overturn coefficients.Practical testing results indicate the excellent performance of the new model. |
