摘    要:用针电极插入皮下的方法,测定了54例戊巴比妥钠麻醉大鼠的心阻抗图94次,求得大鼠Cl值:雄鼠为290±7.2ml/min/kg,雌鼠为262±10.1ml/min/kg。并测得大鼠Q-Z为47.4±0.4msec,PEP/LVET为0.442±0.007。其中15隻雄鼠九天内连续测定三次心阻抗图,三次求得的CI值间无显著性差异(P>0.4~0.7)。另26例大鼠用阻抗法和电磁流量计两法测CI,两法测得CI值高度相关(r=0.85,P<0.0005)。

The Measurement and Evaluation of the Cardiac Output in Rats by Impedance Cardiography
Abstract:By using needle-electrodes under the skin, 94 impedance cardiography were measured in 54 pentobarbital-aneasthetized rats. The following data were obtained: CI of male 290±7.2ml/min/kg, C Iof female 262±10.1ml/min/ kg, mean time of Q-Z of both sexes 47.4±0.4msec, PEP/LVET of both sexes 0.442±0.007. The impedance cardiography of 15 male rats were measured three times in nine days, there were no significant difference among CI values in the three measurements(P>0.4-0.7). The CI of other 26 rats were measured by impedance cardiography with control to electro- magnetic-flowmetry, the values obtained with the two methods were in good correlation (r=0.85, P<0.0005).
