摘    要:基于TK-2D软件建立了连云港港和田湾核电站海域的潮流泥沙数学模型,在对模型进行验证的基础上,对连云港港口扩建(旗台港区3.5 km规划)方案对田湾核电站已建取排水工程的影响进行了数值模拟研究,计算了取排水明渠口门附近岸滩的冲淤变化及取水口设计水深等深线的位移。针对连云港港扩建造成的影响,对田湾核电站取水工程2种措施方案(即取水明渠向东延长方案和取水明渠及拦沙防波堤同时向东延长方案)的泥沙冲淤进行了研究,并采用常用的经验公式进行了校核。研究结果表明:(1)连云港港口扩建后,己建的田湾核电站取水明渠口门附近水域形成了泥沙淤积环境,滩面将会淤高,设计的取水口门水深等深线将会外移1402 m,核电站正常取水将会受到影响,必须采取工程措施;(2)取水明渠向外延长方案延伸段会发生明显淤积,取水明渠及拦沙防波堤同时向东延长1500 m可保证取水明渠口门设计水深,取水明渠内的泥沙淤积明显减少。

Abstract:By means of TK-2D software,mathematical models of tidal current,sediment movement and seabed erosion and deposition are set up in the sea area near Lianyungang Port and Tianwan Nuclear Power Station.On the basis of validation and verification of the models,the impacts of the extension project plan (3.5 km Qitai harbor construction plan) of Lianyungang Port on the constructed water intake project of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station are numerically studied,and the seabed erosion and disposition near the water intake and the displacement of the water intake isobath are calculated.In allusion to the influences caused by the extension project of Lianyungang Port,two schemes of measures(that is,the scheme extending the water intake open trench and the scheme extending the water intake open trench and sediment-blocking breakwater together) on water intake project are studied from the point of view of erosion and siltation,which are checked by semi-theoretical and semi-empirical formulae for sediment siltation calculation.The study results show that:(1) the coastal waters near the water intake will become a sediment deposit-promoting environment,the seabed will rise and the isobath at water intake will move outward 1 402 m after the construction of Lianyungang Port's extension project and the water intake of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station will not be able to work regularly and corresponding measures have to be taken;(2)When only the water intake open trench is extended eastward,the extension section will have obvious siltation.However,when the water intake open trench and the sedimentblocking breakwater are extended 1 500 m eastward together,the design water depth at water intake can be assured,and the sediment siltation can be reduced greatly.
