摘    要:介绍了二维PSD的工作原理,提出了一种基于单LD/单PSD的同轴度测量模型.据此模型,只要测量出任意两个角度时光斑在PSD上的坐标,即可求出两轴的径向偏差和角度偏差.给出了系统硬件组成和软件流程图.

Abstract:The principle of two dimensional PSD is introduced briefly in this paper and a coaxial measuring model is presented. According to this model, the parallel misalignment and angular misalignment can be calculated so long as light spot coordinate of PSD at two discretionary angles is measured. The system hardware and software flow chart are given.
