964例不孕症子宫输卵管造影的临床X线分析

对９６４例不孕症患者用碘化油和泛影葡胺分别施行子宫输卵管造影的临床Ｘ线表现进行了分析。引起不孕症的原因为慢性输卵管炎、生殖器结核和子宫粘连。用油剂和水剂造影后２年内妊娠率分别是７５％和９０％。两种造影剂相比，显影的清晰度基本一样，但油剂易逆流入静脉血管内，有发生血管栓塞的危险。文章还讨论了血管逆流的原因和造影时应注意的事项。

CLINICAL AND RADIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF HYSTEROSALPINGOGRAPHY IN INFERTILE WOMEN

The clinical and radiological manifestations in hysterosalpingography (HSG)performed with Iodized oil and Meglumini Diatrizoate in 964 infertile women were analysed.The causes of infertility included chronic salpingitis, genital tuberculosis and uterine adhesion. pregnancy rate within 2 years after HSG with oil-soluble contrast media (OSCM)and water-soluble contrast media(WSCM) was 75% and 90% respectively.The clear degree of image with OSCM was almost the same as that of WSCM, however,occasionally during the course of a hysterographic examination oil agent easily went into veins reversely.resulting in venous embalization, In addition, the cause of effusion into blood vessel and the matters needing attention during the period of HSG are discussed in the article.
