| 摘 要： | 乾隆二十二年(1757年)一口通商至道光二十二年(1842年)五口通商的80多年内,粤海关成为大清海关的同义词,但其关政腐败导致粤海关没有发挥应有的把关作用.鸦片战争后,粤海关施行外籍税务司制度(1859-1949年),客观上承担着革除以前关政败坏和维护对外贸易畅通的作用,然而受不平等条约束缚,其保护作用有限.

| Abstract: | Over more than 80 years of 'the five ports trading era' in the medium-late part of the Qing Dynasty,from 1757 to 1842,Canton Customs played the roles of the national customs,but it lost to run its functions due to its malversation.After Opium War,from 1859 to 1949,Canton Customs employed foreign Inspector General to run its services,but still failed to protect the national economy because of the intervention by various imparity treaties between China and foreign forces. |
