绞股蓝总皂甙防治慢性肾功能衰竭的实验研究

摘    要:为了观察绞股蓝总皂甙(GP)对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的作用。用腺嘌呤灌胃建立大鼠CRF模型,并用GP进行防治。结果表明GP组大鼠肾功能明显改善,贫血明显纠正,和病理组大鼠比较差异显著(P<0.01或<0.05)。肾脏病理检查显示,GP组肾小球结构基本正常,间质纤维化不明显,而病理组病损严重,间质明显纤维化。提示GP具有改善肾功能、纠正肾性贫血、延缓CRF进展的作用。
