轮对纵向振动与机车车辆相关问题研究

摘    要:借助于1个整车模型,观察到轮对相对于构架实际上始终存在纵向振动,而且这种振动在某些中低速范围内有可能发展为强烈的共振;另一方面,轮对相对构架的强烈振动,也可能成为车轮非正常磨耗即剥离以及某些波长轨道波磨的一个重要因素。本文对轮对纵向共振的形成条件进行了分析,给出了近似计算判据,并对车辆主要参数对共振的影响进行了分析,最后给出了一种抑制纵向振动的建议方案。

Abstract:With a sophisticated locomotive model a phenomenon can be observed, that is to say, longitudinal vibration of wheel sets exixts throughout with respect to the bogie frame, and it may possibly develop into strong resonance at some ranges of middle and and low speeds. On the other side, such strong vibration may also become an important factor of abnormal wheel wearing, wheel spalling and rail corrugation of certain wavelengths. An approximate estimation of resonance conditions is given and the influences of main vehicle parameters on longitudinal wheel set vibration are analyzed. Finally a solution scheme is suggested in order to suppress longitudinal vibration.
