高速铁路卵石掺拌粉煤灰改良路基填料试验研究

摘    要:哈尔滨至大连客运专线沿线距离长,不少地段路基填料匮乏,为了降低工程成本,保护自然环境,针对部分区段内卵石料源丰富、废弃粉煤灰数量较大的情况,进行了在原河卵石填料中掺加细粒土和粉煤灰的方式以改善填料级配、使之成为合格的路基填筑材料的研究。为了探讨该方案的可行性,文中分别对配制试样进行了级配试验、击实试验和现场压实检测试验,在现场压实试验过程中分别采取不同的压实方法以探讨科学合理的压实工艺。工艺试验的测试结果表明,这种改良方式改善了填料的颗粒级配,有效提高了路基的强度和密实度,能够使填料满足规范要求,不但具有明显的经济效益,还具有较强的社会效益和环保效益。

Abstract:The Harbin-Dalian Passengers-oriented Railway is very long,along which there is a serious shortage of filling material for the sub-grade in quite a few sections.However,there are rich resources of pebble and fly ash along the railway.For the sake of lowering the engineering cost and protecting the environment,tests on mixing fine-grained soil and fly ash into the pebble material to improve the grading of the filling material for the sub-grade are carried out at some sites to make the filling material qualified.To find out whether the scheme is practicable,tests of grading,lab-compacting,site compacting and so on are made and introduced in the paper.In the course of the site tests,some different compacting methods are adopted in order to find out a most scientific and effective compacting process.The test results show that it is feasible to improve the filling material for the sub-grade through mixing it with fine-grained soil and fly ash,and the new filling material can satisfy all the requirements of the technical specifications.In addition,this material is also of great value in economic,social and environmental protection benefits.
