摘    要:通过对掺合料应用及其制备原理进行分析,采用正交设计试验方法制备了一种阻裂抗渗掺合料。分析探讨了各个组分因子的影响规律。对比试验表明,该掺合料具有微膨胀增强功能,能够改善新拌混凝土的工作性,具有低水化热低干燥收缩变形性能,可用作混凝土结构自防水辅助胶凝材料,显著提高混凝土的抗裂能力。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the application and manufacture mechanism of additives, a kind of additive of anti-inhibition and resistance-permeability is produced by means of orthogonal experimental design method, and the influence regularity of every ingredient is discussed. The result of comparative experiment proved that this additive possesses excellent workability of micro-expansion, strength promotion, low hydration heat and low desiccation deformation. It can improve the anti-cracking performance of concrete when used as auxiliary selfwaterproof cementitious materials of concrete structures.
