摘    要:结合孟加拉某电厂配套煤码头工程,针对相关的美国国家防火协会(NFPA)标准和中国消防规范,从消防系统和系统参数选取等方面进行对比分析,分别根据NFPA标准和国内规范确定该工程的消防系统设计,并分别进行水力计算。结果表明,在消防设施选取、消防设计流量和系统压力方面,NFPA标准严于中国规范。该研究成果可为境外电厂煤码头的消防设计提供参考。

Abstract:Combing with a coal-fired power plant in Bangladesh Jetty Port project,relevant National Fire Protection Association(NFPA)standards and Chinese fire protection codes are compared and analyzed in terms of fire protection system and the system’s parameters.The fire protection system is designed respectively based on NFPA and Chinese fire protection codes,and the hydraulic calculations are also provided.The results show that NFPA standards are stricter than Chinese codes in terms of fire protection facilities,fire design flow and system pressure.The research results can provide reference for the fire protection design of the overseas power plant’s coal jetty.
