浅谈企业转制后的管理模式

摘    要:针对我国当前国有中小型企业产权制度改革的进展要求,调查总结出“竹筒”式、“树叉式”和“渠道式”三种管理模式,阐述了这三种管理模式的组织结构及其优缺点。最后从企业的管理跨度、组织层次和职权授于等方面提出确定企业管理模式的要点。为提高我国企业的经营管理水平出谋献策。

Abstract:To counter the progress requirement of property right system reformation of medium-small-sized enterprises now in China, the paper investigates and summaries up three management modes, they are “bamboo slip” type, “tree crotch” type and “channel” type. It also states the organization structure and the advantages and disadvantages of these three management modes. At last, it puts forward the main point for determining enterprise management mode from the aspects such as the management span, organization level and authority conferment etc. So it gives counsel for improving the management and administration level of the enterprises in Chine.
