大量黄腐酸对大鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化物和细胞色素P-450含量的影响

摘    要:以黄腐酸(Fulvicacid,FA)大剂量授予大鼠,拟复制大骨节病(KaschinBeckDisease,KBD)动物模型,通过两项生化指标的量变值对FA的毒性做出评价。在低硒条件下,以病区和非病区FA100mg/L两类饮水分别致大鼠KBD模型实验28d。FA剂量为每公斤体重10mg/d,等于病区儿童每公斤体重摄入量的1000倍。实验终结时大鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化物丙二醛及细胞色素P-450含量均无显著变化,表明含有上述两类FA的饮水均未能对机体产生有害作用。

Abstract:An experiment intending to reproduce a rat model of KaschinBeck disease (KBD) was enforced with large dosage of fulvic acid (FA).By determing the content change of two biochemical indexes, an appraisal of the FA was made.Under the conditions of seleniumdeficiency,rats drank two kinds of FA 100mg/L water which took from the affected disease areas and nonaffected areas for 28 days.Every rat took a dosage of FA 10mg/(kg.d),which was approximately equal to 1000 times the dosage taken by a child living in KBD areas.By the end of experiment the LPO level and Cytochrome P450 content in rats liver homogenate had no remarkably change.The results showed that enforce the experiment with the above two kinds of drinking water containing large dosage of FA for 28 days could not produce any harmful effect on rats organism and these biochemical findings corresponded with the results of the pathologic examination.
