房建施工安全管理与成本控制研究

在房屋建筑工程中,成本管理作为一个系统性工程,影响因素多种多样。本文仅在安全管理层面基于文献分析与房建施工企业实际施工过程中遇到的安全问题,探讨其对施工成本的影响,并提炼出影响房建施工企业安全管理因素;探讨这些因素与如何影响安全管理进而影响施工成本的内在联系;最后以影响安全管理的因素为出发点,为房建施工成本的有效控制提出对策及建议。

Study on Safety Management and Cost Control of House-building Project

As a systematic project,cost management has a variety of influencing factors in housing construction.Based on the literature analysis about safety management and the safety problems encountered in the actual construction process,this paper firstly discusses the impact on the construction cost,and extracts the factors that affecting the safety management of the building enterprises.Secondly,it explores the internal relationship between these factors and how to affect safety management and construction cost.Finally,starting from the factors influencing the safety management,the paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for effectively controlling the construction cost of building project.
