超大型沉箱超高压气囊异步顶升、移运施工技术

摘    要:以日照港岚山港区北作业区6#大宗散货泊位工程(此为新建30万吨级专用码头泊位)施工为例,介绍在遇到现有沉箱预制场不满足千斤顶等顶升工艺,而建设工期及成本又不允许重新进行预制场改造情况下,运用超高压气囊异步顶升、移运超大型沉箱施工方法;该技术同时刷新了气囊出运沉箱的最大重量记录,提高了气囊出运工艺的出运能力和适用范围,降低了沉箱顶升、移运施工的安全风险,保证了施工总体进度,减少了预制场改造费,节约了施工成本;另外,还具有较好的环保效益,可供设计单位和施工单位参考选用,并可为建设单位决策提供实用、可靠的依据。

Abstract:Taking the construction of No.6 bulk cargo berth(here refers to the newly-built 300,000-ton special wharf berth)in Lanshan Port Area of Rizhao Port as an example,this paper introduced the construction method of asynchronous lifting and transporting super large caissons by using super high pressure air bag when the existing caisson prefabrication yard did not meet the lifting technology by using jack,and the construction period and cost were not allowed to reconstruct the prefabricated yard.Meanwhile,the technology broke the record of the maximum weight of transporting caissons by air bags,improved the transporting capacity and scope of application of transporting technology by air bags,reduced the safety risk of caissons lifting and transporting construction,guaranteed the overall construction progress,decreased the cost of prefabrication yard transformation,and saved the construction cost.Moreover,it also had better environmental protection benefits,which could be used for reference and selection by design and construction units,and could be served as practical and reliable basis for decision-making of construction units.
