装配式夹桩平台在远海测风塔中的应用

摘    要:远海测风塔施工过程中,桩基的施工进度是项目能按时完工的关键所在。本文针对远海水文及气候特征,运用装配式夹桩平台并根据实际施工情况进行优化,同时采用有限元分析软件完成对夹桩平台的结构进行应力和应变分析,得到的优化后夹桩平台设计结果满足实际工程和规范要求,进而阐述了如何在实际工程中的应用。通过理论和实践分析,该夹桩平台可以在有效窗口期少且持续时间短的情况下提高夹桩效率,可为类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:During the construction of the offshore anemometer tower,the construction progress of the pile foundation is the key to the project’s timely completion.In this paper,the assembled pile clamping platform was applied and optimized according to the actual construction conditions for the offshore hydrological and climatic characteristics.Simultaneously,the finite element analysis software was adopted to complete the stress and strain analysis of the pile-clamping platform structure.The optimized design results of the pile-clamping platform could meet the requirements of practical engineering and specifications,and then the application of the results in practical engineering was expounded.Through theoretical and practical analysis,the pile clamping platform can improve the efficiency of pile clamping in the case of a small effective window period and a short duration,which could provide a reference for similar projects.
