摘    要:随着现代建筑工程规模越来越大,项目程度越来越复杂,对于建筑现场的管控也越来越重要,而建筑工人是建筑工程的实施主体,因此对于建筑工人的管理效率也就直接影响到建设项目的进程与实际效果。目前,建设项目的现场管理主要依靠管理人员人为地进行检查与询问管理,但是施工现场人员流动性大,管理人员的精力有限,基于此,通过高科技手段,建立高效、智能化的管理系统,对提升管理者管理效率、提高建设工程的推进速度具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:With the increasing scale and complexity of modern construction projects, the control of construction sites has become increasingly important, and the construction workers are the main body of construction projects. Therefore, the management efficiency of construction workers directly affects the progress and actual results of construction projects. At present, the on-site management of construction projects mainly relies on the manual inspection and inquiry management by the management personnel. However, the mobility of construction site personnel is high, and the energy of management personnel is limited. Therefore, it is important and practical significant to improve the management efficiency of management personnel and speed up the progress of construction projects through the high-tech means and by establishing efficient and intelligent management systems.
