船舶甲板抛丸机器人系统设计

摘    要:针对目前抛丸装置操纵控制不便、智能化程度低等问题,设计一种船舶甲板抛丸机器人系统。论述该系统的结构组成、控制系统、软件设计和激光导引规划工作流程,并在实船甲板上进行试验。试验结果表明,该系统可实现对抛丸、除尘和移动等作业环节的控制,并具备一定的自主导引抛丸作业功能。

Abstract:In view of the current problems of inconvenient control and low intelligence of shot blasting device, a shot blasting robot system for ship deck is designed. The structure composition, control system, software design, and laser guidance planning workflow of the system are discussed, and the test is conducted on the deck of an actual ship. The test results show that the system can control the operating links of shot blasting, dust removal, and moving, and is of certain operating function of self-guiding shot blasting.
