基于CATIA软件的汽车等速万向节关键零件形面分析与逆向重构

摘    要:在对三枢轴式汽车等速万向节零件的分析与逆向重构过程中,精确地求得三枢轴式等速万向节关键零件的形状与尺寸是工作重点,因为它们直接影响零件工作中的接触应力和万向节的使用寿命。结合实例,研究了应用CATIAV5软件进行三枢轴式汽车等速万向节关键零件型面分析与逆向重构的方法。

Abstract:During analysis and reverse restructure of components of vehicle three-pivot constant velocity universal joint,to get accurate profile and dimensions of the key components of the three-pivot constant velocity universal joint is the key emphasis of work,because they have direct influence on contact stress and service life of universal joints during working time.Combined with actual instance,methods of CATIA V5 based surface analysis and reverse restructure of components of three-pivot constant velocity universal joint are studied.
