隧道湿喷混凝土施工技术

摘    要:我国隧道喷射混凝土技术发展远落后于隧道施工技术的发展,喷射混凝土施工是目前隧道施工的薄弱环节。详细地介绍了喷射混凝土支护原理及作用、干喷和湿喷的优缺点、湿喷混凝土施工工艺、质量控制措施及施工注意事项,并对湿喷施工中存在的成本过高、渗水地段喷层易滑落流淌、液体速凝剂运输储存不便等问题进行了探讨分析,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:The development of the techniques for shotcreting in tunnels is far behind the development of the tunneling construction techniques in China.Therefore,the construction of shotcreting is the weak link of the tunnel construction.The principles and functions of supporting and maintaining during the construction of shotcreting,the merits and demerits of dry-shotcreting and wet-shotcreting,the construction techniques for wet-shotcreting,quality-controlling measures and points for attention in construction are detailed in the paper,with the existing problems,such as the high cost of the wet-shotcreting construction,the likely sliding of the shotcreted layer,and the inconvenience in transporting and storing the liquid fast-hardening agent explored and analyzed.It may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
