摘    要:对侦察带来的威胁进行评估具有一定的特殊性,即必须将侦察与伪装两者充分结合起来考虑,不能简单孤立地只考虑侦察或只考虑伪装。针对光学侦察卫星对迷彩伪装目标带来的威胁,在综合考虑卫星的侦察能力、目标的迷彩伪装能力和客观环境的基础上,提出了一种新的评估模型。能够避免以往评估方法中主观因素带来的影响。仿真结果与侦察实践基本一致。通过仿真分析,得到了卫星的地面分辨率、云量、目标尺寸以及迷彩伪装与背景相似度等因素对威胁度的影响关系。可以为指挥员决策提供数据支持,为迷彩伪装的设计和使用提供依据。

Abstract:Evaluation on threats brought out by reconnaissance has some special nature,which means that both reconnaissance and camouflage should be considered together rather than separately.A new evaluation model on the threat of optical reconnaissance satellite to camouflage targets was raised out based on the integral consideration of reconnaissance capability of satellite,camouflage capability and objective environment.Using this new model,the simulation result was consistent with reconnaissance practice which avoided the influence causing by subjective factors.By simulation analysis,effect of factors such as ground resolution,cloud cover,target size,camouflage and background similarity on threat level was gained,which could provide data support in commanders' decision making as well as in the design and usage of camouflage.
