| 摘 要： | 本文从大系统的角度出发，在可持续发展指标体系研究的基础上，运用PSR概念模型建立了湘江水上交通安全评价指标体系，并运用综合指数评价方法。对湘江2001—2006年的安全状况进行了动态评估和分析。

| Abstract: | This paper embarks from the angle of the large- scale system. On the foundation of the sustainable development target system research, it establishes the water traffic safety appraisal index system of Xiangiang River, using the PSR concept model. And carry on the dynamic evaluation and analysis to the safe condition of water transportation of Xiangiang River from 2001 to 2006 with the comprehensive index method. |
