| 摘 要： | 文中介绍了造成压力管道冲刷减薄的主要原因,并对某化工企业的压力管道冲刷减薄实例,从管道概况、检验要点和检验结果等方面进行了原因分析,指出结构设计的不合理及弯头附近严重错边缺陷是造成该压力管道冲刷减薄的主要原因,随后提出了改进措施并取得了良好效果。

| Abstract: | The scour thinning reason of pressure piping was introduced in this paper.The reasons were analyzed from the aspects of pipeline survey, inspection points and inspection results for the instance of pressure pipeline scour thinning in a chemical enterprise.It was pointed out that unreasonable structural design and serious misalignment near the elbow is the main reason for the scour thinning of the pressure piping, then the improvement measures were put forward and achieved good results. |
