| 摘 要： | 随着铁路建设大规模发展的需要,新技术、新工艺不断涌现,此文对常用于房建工程中的螺杆桩的技术原理、施工工艺进行介绍,并将其与地基处理工程中常见的各种桩进行对比分析。因其具有操作简单、桩身强度高、造价低及环保等特点,成为铁路工程地基处理可供选择的一种新桩型。
