| 摘 要： | 施工组织设计是指导工程建设的重要技术经济文件,合理确定施工组织方案和总工期是施工组织设计的核心,也是确定工程投资和合理安排工程建设的重要条件。此文根据铁建设2009]226号《铁路工程施工组织设计指南》,结合新建铁路宁启线南通至启东工程实践,分析研究主要施工组织方案及施工总工期方案。
