| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current situation of the engineering cost management of the rail transit projects,and proposes to apply the total process engineering cost management software in the normalized,standardized,and integrated management of the rail transit engineering cost,to improve the work efficiency,reduce professionals,as well as accurately determine and effectively control the targeted engineering cost. |
