广九客运段值班电话管理平台的设计与实现

随着铁路生产力布局调整改革的不断深化和铁路现代化水平的快速提升,站段值班室的业务量和工作难度大大增加.作为值班室联系沟通、掌握和发布信息的重要工具,传统拨号电话已逐渐显示出其弊端.自2009年3月起,广九客运段研制开发了铁路值班电话管理平台,实现了计算机电话程控管理、号码管理、拨号、录音以及嵌入其它程序等功能,经过一年的使用,有效提高了值班室工作效率,基本满足了新形势下值班室的工作需求.
