摘    要:在天津地区某码头预应力板桩的预制过程中,在对带有凸榫的非对称断面施加预应力时,该段板桩发生侧弯,经过适当减短凸榫长度的处理后,板桩侧弯问题得以顺利解决,但该问题在现行板桩规范中从未涉及.本工程的实践可为类似板桩码头工程的设计和施工提供参考.

Abstract:During the prefabrication of pre-stressed sheet piles in one terminal of Tianjin,while the dissymmetric section with tenon is pre-stressed,the part of sheet pile is laterally bended.Then the difficulty was successfully solved by suitably shortening the tenon.However,this problem isn't mentioned in current sheet pile code.The project is taken as an example,which will provide the reference for the design and construction of the similar sheet pile wharf projects.
