基于CANopen协议的交流测功机控制系统研究

摘    要:在交流测功机系统中利用CANopen总线协议实现对变频控制器的上位控制,硬件环境为RCAN-01适配器卡和ACS800变频控制器。模块间的数据发送与接收主要以PDO21和SDO方式进行,并采用LabVIEW语言编写函数。试验表明,控制器能够按照要求控制发动机,CANopen通信效果良好。

Abstract:With the CANopen protocol,the upper control of inverter controller was realized in the AC Dynamometer system based on the RCAN-01 adapter card and ACS800 inverter controller hardware.The data sending and receiving between modules were carried out with the SPD21 and SDO mode.During the compiling process,LabVIEW was the main program language.The results show that the controller can control the engine in agreement with the requirements and the CANopen communicates well.
