| 摘 要： | 信息技术运用于道路交通管理是提高管理效果的重要手段,但是道路交通管理信息化在建设观念、重视程度、管理体制、建设资金、法律体系、建设规划等方面存在问题,严重影响了道路交通管理信息化建设与发展.应当树立科学的信息化建设观念,制定信息化建设规划,设立稳定的建设资金,改变现行管理体制、成立综合协调机构等方面采取措施,实现道路交通管理信息化稳定、良性发展,推动道路交通管理现代化,提高道路交通管理效率.

| Abstract: | Applying information technology in road traffic management is a very important method of enhancing management efficiency.But building road traffic management information system faces problem in idea、management system、construction funds 、construction plan、dissemination etc,which effects badly construction and development of road traffic information system.erecting scientific constructing information system idea,formulating program on constructing information system,setting up steady construction funds,improving road traffic management system or set up integrated institute,which can make building road traffic information system steady,put road traffic management modernization forward and enhance road traffic management efficiency. |
