黄陵县克山病病情现状

目的　观察克山病病情消长趋势 ,为防治和病情相关因素探索提供依据。方法　按“克山病监测”标准 (1 997年 )实施。结果　监测期内全县未见新发急 (亚急 )型克山病 ;监测点潜在型年新发生率 2 6 9/万 ;全县农业人群中慢型患病率 1 6 7/万 ,年新发现率 0 83/万 ,死亡率0 6 0 /万 ;在店头和腰坪两个重病乡镇 ,慢型年新发现率为 1 5 /万～ 1 8/万。结论　以急 (亚急 )型有无新发病及潜在型和慢型年新发生 (现患 )率为评估标准时 ,近 5年来黄陵县克山病病情稳定在 80年代中后期水平 ;慢型克山病是当前的防治重点。

Present status of Keshan disease in Huangling County

ObjectiveTo provide the proof for preventin g from and curing Keshan disease(KD)and for researching the factors related to the patients' condition by observing the trend of KD disease.MethodsThe study was carried out according to the Standard of Keshan Disease Control(1997 edition).ResultsNo new cases of acute or subacute type were observed du ring the observing period in the whole county; The newly annual incidence of lat ent KD was 26.9 per 10000 in the area observed; For the agricultural population, the morbidity of chronic type was 1.67 per 10000, the newly annual incidence wa s 0.83 per 10000 and the death rate was 0.6 per 10000; For the two towns of Dian tou and Yaoping, both have been affected seriously by KD, the newly annual incid ence of chronic type was(1.51.8) per 10000.ConclusionAccording to the new cases of acute or subacute type s and the newly annual incidence of latent or chronic types, the patients' condi t ion of KD during present 5 years in Huangling county was stable and similar to t hat of the KD in the middle or late period of 1980's; The main point needs preve nting from and curing KD is chronic type of KD.
