| Abstract: | In order to intensively utilize industrial shoreline resources,the concept of investment intensity of coastal industrial shoreline is proposed.According to the principle of harmonizing shoreline function,layout size of harbor land area and coastal industrial investment,the access standard of coastal industrial shoreline development is proposed on the basis of the investment-intensity.The proposed model is also applied to one industrial shoreline development project close to harbor.The practice proves that application of the industrial shoreline investment intensity concept has the guiding significance in effective layout of coastal area,exploitation of rare shoreline resources and development of intensive industry close to harbor. |
