摘    要:我国的高速公路网发展形成了复杂的网状结构,各省目前普遍面临着如何实现准确的收费清分的问题。本文提出了可以识别车辆行驶路径的"RFID标识站 组合式收费卡"的收清系统模型,利用支撑树理论确定需添加的RFID标识站的位置和数量,引入有效路径系数标定路网的合理路径,给出了依据车辆行驶路径的精确清分算法。最后以山东路网为例进行路网建模和算法分析,结果验证了本模型算法能实现公平、公正的通行费清分,符合高速公路管理的实际需求。

Abstract:The expressway network of the most provinces has a complicated reticular structure.As the investor is diversified,each of them is widespread to face the problem of how to allocate toll accurately.This paper advances a new model system of "RFID identification compound ETC" which could identify each of the vehicle's paths,fixes the number and position of RFID identifications which the theory of spanning tree,demarcates the entire reasonable path with the aid of effective path coefficient,gives the allocation algorithm that based on the path of vehicle.Last,taking expressway network in Shandong Province as example,the results verify the rationality and practicality of the model.
