| 摘 要： | 本文以《龙江船厂志》和《南船记》为主,对明代的龙江船厂的建制、生产管理、质量控制等进行系统分析。论述在五、六百年前中国造船厂的管理已经达到了相当高的水平。

| Abstract: | The article systematically analyses the organizational system,production management,quality control and so on in the Dragon River Shipyard in Ming Dynasty according to "The Record of The Dragon River Shipyard" and "The Record of The South Ships" From the analysis,we can concluded that the management level in Chinese Shipyard was quite high 500 or 600 years ago. |
