基于数字图像处理的航道电子地图设计

针对内河航运的特点,提出应用数字图像处理技术,进行内河航道矢量化电子地图设计和制作的方法。该方法采用领域平均滤波和航道曲线插值拟合等算法,按照＂点线面＂三个图层采集航道地理信息数据,自动形成矢量化的航道地理信息数据库。在此基础上,建立了珠江三角洲内河航道电子地图开发系统,并完成了珠三角航道电子地图的矢量化和地理信息的数据采集。试验结果表明,所开发的珠三角航道电子地图,精度良好,界面友好,运算效率高,数据库的更新和维护简便,满足内河船舶监控的实际应用要求。
