| 摘 要： | 可变收费是一种交通需求管理方式。根据货车出行者出行选择模型，可设定可变收费方案。对设定的可变收费方案从通行能力、服务水平、交通安全及通行费变化等四个方面进行分析，确定各自的评价指标，形成评价指标体系。论丈最后结合实例，应用确定的可变收费评价指标体系，选择最优可变收费方案．

| Abstract: | Variable pricing is a method for traffic demand management. According to travel choice mode of truck, several tolling schemes were set. These schemes of variable pricing were evaluated from the aspects of traffic capacity, service level, traffic safety and traffic cost, then the accordance evaluation index was assured and an evaluation system was firmed. Finally, combined with an example the optimal scheme of variable pricing was got according to the evaluation index system. |
