| 摘 要： | 主要论述了《港口工程地基规范》（JTJ250-98）在地基稳定和承载力验算中采用综合分项系数（在规范中称为抗力分项系数）的原因和确定方法，在地基稳定和承载力验算中，采用此方法确定分项系数并结合工程经验，可以方便设计人员进行地基稳定和承载力设计。
