| 摘 要： | 用０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＰＥＧ－１０００沉这人血浆纤维蛋白原组分，经过０．６８５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ赖氨酸处理及ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－２００凝反过滤，获得高纯度去纤溶酶原的纤维蛋白原，纯化度为３５０倍，回收率为７８％，可凝固性蛋白为９８％。

| Abstract: | The fresh plasma was precipited by 0.1 mol/LPEG-1000, and the fraction obtained was treated with 0.685 mol/L lysince at the 1.2 mol/L of ethanal. The purification of fibrinogen was carried out in the chromatography with Sephadex G-200. It showed that the fibrinogen thus prepared is free from the plasminogen, and 78% of the recovery, >98% of clotable proteins and 350 fold of purification were achieved. |
