摘    要:为了分析振动压路机工作参数对路基压实度的影响,以江西省抚吉高速公路某路基标段为依托,分析了压实材料的组成,进行了以前进和进退交替行驶方向为区组,振幅、频率和速度为影响因素的二区组三因素三水平正交试验,并采用极差分析法分析了三种因素对路基压实度的影响主次和最佳因素水平组合。结果表明:进退交替的行驶方式有利于提高压实度;振幅对路基压实度影响最大,速度次之,频率最小;最佳匹配为振幅2.0mm、频率32Hz、速度2.6km·h^-1。

Abstract:In order to analyze the impact of working parameters of vibratory roller on compaction degree of roadbed of some section of Fuji Expressway in Jiangxi Province, the composition of the compaction material was analyzed, and an orthogonal test was carried out with two blocks of alternate driving directions and three factors of amplitude, frequency and speed. Range analysis method was applied to find out the order in which those three factors affect the compaction degree and the best factor-level combination. The results show that the alternate way of driving helps to boost the compaction degree; among those factors the amplitude affects the compaction degree the most and frequency the least;the best combination is an amplitude of 2.0 mm, a frequency of 32 Hz and a speed of 2.6 km· h^-1.
