基于Workbench的混凝土搅拌车前支架轻量化改进

摘    要:为了适应节能降耗的要求,针对混凝土搅拌车前支架进行了轻量化改进研究。首先对混凝土搅拌车混凝土的重心位置进行了归纳,绘制出其重心的动态简图,分析了离心力及其他各力在三种工况下对前支架的作用情况。建立前支架实体模型,进行了有限元分析。对前支架进行轻量化改进,并对改进后的前支架进行了有限元分析。结果证明,对混凝土搅拌车前支架进行轻量化改进是可行的。

Light-weight Improvement of Front Bracket of Concrete Mixer Based on Workbench

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of energy saving and consumption reduction, a study on light-weight improvement of front bracket of concrete mixer was conducted. The dynamic diagram of the center of gravity of concrete on the mixer was drawn based on the summary of the positions of center of gravity. How the centrifugal force and other forces impact the front bracket under three working conditions were analyzed, and an entity model of front bracket was built for finite element analysis. Light-weight improvement was conducted on the front bracket, and the results of finite element analysis prove the feasibility.
