生物柴油排放特性试验研究

摘    要:组建了由德国申克动态测功机组成的发动机试验台,利用该试验台对生物柴油的排放特性进行了研究,结合GB 17691—2005排放限值,对生物柴油的排放特性进行了评价。研究结果表明,生物柴油发动机的排气污染物中CO降低了10.4%,HC降低了50.5%,烟度降低65.9%,但是NOx排放量有所升高,幅度为12.9%;除了NOx,生物柴油的其他排气污染物都满足第Ⅴ阶段的要求。推迟供油可以有效降低生物柴油的NOx排放。

Abstract:Emission characteristics of burning biodiesel were studied through the experiment done on the test bench mainly comprised of SCHENCK dynamometer and appraised combining with GB 17691-2005. The results indicate that the engine fueled with biodiesel has the 10.4 per sent decrease of CO emission, the 50.5 per sent decrease of HC emission, the 65.9 per sent decrease of smoke intensity, but the 12.9 per sent increase of NOx emission. The emission of pollutants except NOx has satisfied the V stage requirement of emission standard. It is further found by test that postponing pumping can effectively decrease the emission of NOx .
