铸造接尘工人最大呼气流速容量曲线的分析

摘    要:对147名男性不吸烟铸造接尘工人及297名男性不吸烟对照工人进行了肺功能检测及呼吸系统症状的询问调查,并进行了最大呼气流速容量曲线的分析。结果表明,接尘组肺功能(V87.5、V75、V50)显著低于对照组,呼吸系统症状阳性率显著高于对照组。最大呼气流速容量曲线接尘组显著低于对照组。提示铸造粉尘确能引起接尘工人呼吸系统的损害,应引起重视。

Abstract:This Paper presents the results of an investigation of lung function and respiratory symptoms of 147 male nonsmoking foundry workers and 297 male nonsmoking workers as a control group.MEFY is also analyzed.The results show that the levels of lung function(V87.5,V75,V50) among exposed group are significantly lower than those of control group.MEFV of exposed workers has a significantly greater declination than that of control workers.Dust exposed workers have a higher prevalence of respiratatory symptoms than those in the control workers.This suggests that foundry dust is the main cause of respiratory in jury.
