| Abstract: | Applying the theory of earned value management, the implementation phase investment risk of infrastructure project is depicted quantificationally in this paper. Then, applying the theory of grey system, the grey prediction model of investment risk of infrastructure project is constructed. Using this model, the implementation phase investment risk of infrastructure project can be forecasted, and it provides basis for the investment risk early-warning. |
