高校管理人员绩效考核机制的研究

摘    要:现阶段我国部分高校管理人员绩效考核机制的不合理是制约高校管理队伍建设的一个重要因素.建立科学有效的考核机制应从分析高校管理人员绩效考核机制存在的问题及其影响因素出发,遵照公正、公开、公平、全方位、定性和定量相结合的原则,建立符合高校管理人员工作特点的考核指标体系及其标准,通过立体化的考核体系,应用模糊综合评判法对高校管理人员进行科学合理的考核,加强考核结果的反馈,将绩效考核工作真正落到实处.

Abstract:Currently,the improper appraisal of the performance of the administrators in colleges and universities is an important factor that restricts the building of the management groups in colleges and universities.In order to create a proper and effective appraisal system,we should analyze the features of managers in colleges and universities,study the factors which affect their performance,and follow rules of fairness,public input,equity and overall consideration of the quality and quantity of managerial performance.The fuzzy evaluation is applied to create a scientific appraisal through a three-dimensional system to strengthen the function of appraisal feedback,thus improving appraisal methodology for the performance of the administrators in colleges and universities.
