| 摘 要： | 结合尼日利亚现代化铁路建设实际，介绍了海外铁路工程建设项目在信息管理上的特点、现状，阐述了海外铁路工程项目开展信息化建设的思路和方法，提出了相应的实施方案、运行模式、应解决的重难点问题，探讨了基于项目全生命周期的信息化管理的设想。

| Abstract: | The characteristics and current situation of information management for overseas railway engineering project were explained based on the practice of the Nigerian Railway Modernization Project(NRMP).The idea and method of informatization for overseas railway engineering project were illustrated.The corresponding implementation plan,operational pattern,and the key issues were put forward.The idea of informatization management based on the whole life cycle of projects was expatiated. |
